    Can I try Cuer before paying?
    Yes. The Free plan is the trial. You can build up to three rundowns, share read-only links with your crew, and use the showcaller and AI template creator without entering a card. Upgrade to Pro when you need more rundowns or want to invite collaborators.
    What happens if my team grows past the seats included?
    Move up a plan when you need more seats. Billing prorates so you only pay for the time on the new plan. Enterprise plans are sized to your org; if 15 seats isn’t enough, talk to sales and we’ll quote a custom package.
    Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
    Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle, no questions. Yearly plans run for twelve months at the discounted rate. Enterprise terms are negotiated.
    Do you offer support during live shows?
    Pro and Premium include priority support. We monitor the dashboard and respond fast during broadcast hours. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager with a direct line.
    Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?
    Yes. Student broadcast programs, journalism schools, and registered non-profits get a discount. Email sales@cuer.live from a verified address and we’ll set it up.
