Google Sign-In

When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive limited information from your Google Account:

• Your email address
• Your name (if provided in your Google Account)
• Your Google profile picture (if available)

Cuer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not access any other Google services or data. We do not store your Google password. You can revoke Cuer's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.

Twitch Sign-In

When you choose to sign in with Twitch, we receive limited information from your Twitch account:

• Your email address
• Your Twitch display name
• Your Twitch profile picture (if available)

We use this information solely to:

• Create and authenticate your Cuer account
• Identify you when you sign in
• Display your name and profile in the app

We do not access your Twitch streams, subscriptions, or any other Twitch data. We do not store your Twitch password. You can revoke Cuer's access to your Twitch account at any time through your Twitch Connections settings.

For both sign-in methods, we use this information solely to:

• Create and authenticate your Cuer account
• Identify you when you sign in
• Display your name and profile in the app

• We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or any other Google services beyond basic profile information
• We do not collect device fingerprinting or unique hardware identifiers
• We do not collect precise or GPS location data. Analytics tools infer only general location from your IP address, as described in Section 4
• We do not track external websites or browsing behavior
• We do not collect data for advertising or remarketing purposes

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and understand how our service is used.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated and de-identified information about how visitors interact with our website. This helps us understand usage patterns and improve our services. Google Analytics collects information such as:

• Pages you visit and features you use
• Time spent on pages
• Browser type and device information
• General geographic location (country/city level)
• Referral sources

6. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored and processed in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Passwords are securely hashed and cannot be viewed by us. We follow best practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We use the following third-party service providers (subprocessors) to deliver the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (application hosting), Cloudflare (CDN and file storage), Resend (transactional email), OpenAI (AI features), Google (OAuth authentication), and Twitch (OAuth authentication). Each subprocessor is bound by data protection obligations. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request at contact@cuer.live.

Data received from Google Sign-In is treated with the same security standards as all other user data and is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

No system is completely secure, and Cuer cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your data only under these circumstances:

• With service providers and subprocessors who assist us in delivering the Service (such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, and AI processing providers), subject to contractual obligations to protect your data.
• To comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests
• To investigate and prevent abuse, fraud, or security issues
• In connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition)

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Access or update your profile information at any time
• Delete your account by contacting support
• Adjust visibility settings for rundowns (private/team/public)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, including:

• The right to know what data we hold
• The right to request deletion or correction
• The right to restrict certain types of processing

We will respond to verified data subject requests within thirty (30) days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States for processing. We support Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer mechanism where required.

Where Cuer provides services to an organization on your behalf (such as an employer or enterprise client), that organization is the data controller and Cuer acts as a data processor. In such cases, please direct any data subject requests to your organization.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, we will delete your data within ninety (90) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.

9. California Privacy Rights

This section applies to you if you are a California resident and describes your rights under California law.

Categories of information. Section 1 describes the categories of personal information Cuer collects. Section 7 describes the parties Cuer shares it with.

Review and changes. You can review and update your profile information at any time through your account settings. For any other request about your information, contact Cuer at contact@cuer.live.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. No common industry standard governs how to respond to these signals, so Cuer does not respond to them at this time. Cuer does not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites when you use the Service.

Notice of changes. Section 11 describes how Cuer notifies you of changes to this policy.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and Cuer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Cuer learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13, Cuer will delete that information promptly. The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

11. Changes to This Policy

Cuer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For any material change, Cuer will post the updated policy with a new effective date and provide notice to the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
